1. Subject of the Agreement

This license agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between XenBg.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor", and the end user ("Licensee"). The Agreement governs the terms and conditions for using the software add-ons and styles for XenForo, as well as plugins for WordPress ("the Software").

2. Grant of License

2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2.2. The License does not grant the right to distribute, resell, modify or decompile the Software, unless expressly provided otherwise.

3. Ownership

The Software and all related rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of the Licensor.

4. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

4.1. Copy, distribute or transfer the Software without the written consent of Licensor.

4.2. Decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Software.

4.3. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

7.1. The License shall terminate automatically upon failure to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.

7.2. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease use of the Software and delete all copies thereof.

7.3. The Licensor shall have the right to terminate access to the Software if it finds that the Licensee has shared the Software on websites or forums containing illegal content.

7.4. The Licensor shall have the right to terminate the Licensee’s license if it finds that the Software has been used to promote, distribute or assist illegal activities.

8. General Provisions

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the Software.

8.2. If any provision of the Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

8.3. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
